This might happen if the app is not installed, the browser
doesn’t support app links, or the link could not be handled.
Try the following steps:
- Make sure the app is installed on your device.

Open the browser such as Google Chrome or
Safari.

Return to your authentication or login page and try again.

If prompted, allow the app to open automatically next time.
